I found my stay at the hotel to be surprisingly pleasant. The room was extremely comfortable and cozy, providing plenty of space for a couple like us. The service was very helpful and accommodating, except for one hiccup with communication. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the village making everything easily accessible. The dining experience would have been perfect with a few improvements. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although cozy with a small balcony and a kitchen, were not entirely suited to my needs, giving off a slightly lived-in vibe that didn’t feel quite right. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even upgrading us to a room with a lovely gas fireplace when they learned it was our honeymoon. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the village and just a stone's throw away from the gondolas to Whistler or Blackcomb mountains. On the downside, the dining experience was a bit lackluster, with only basic morning options included in the room rate. However, the Welsh pastries were a nice touch.
